You always have regular individual contact with your assigned translator-manager.
Project size doesn't matter. The key is always an assigned translator or a manager of a translator team. We provide them with technical and administrative support, so they can focus on quality translation.
The process involves active checks with quality assurance tools combined with reviews by editorial and/or DTP specialists, and assurance of compliance with EN 15038 standards.
2Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) Tools
Let's face it: there are some things that computer tools can do better and faster than people. The secret to success lies in knowing when to apply which tools. Such knowledge comes from experience... experience we have gained since 2005.
Where a CAT tool helps us achieve overall project quality, we use it. If a client wants a specific CAT tool to be used, we're happy do that. We have broad experience with the leading tools of the industry and should have no problem employing the one(s) you prefer.

3Four Eyes Always
It's a well-known fact that even the best writers can make and miss various kinds of errors when they have been working on a piece for a while. That's why every newspaper and publishing house employs editors. And that's why we embrace the "4 Eyes" principle of Technical Communications.
Every piece of content in the project is reviewed by “another pair of eyes”, belonging to someone who has not seen or worked on the content before. We also conduct such a review on the final DTP rendering of the content if we have formatted it for publishing.
